The San Michele farm covers a very large area, enriched by the presence of 3 vineyards and orchards and vegetable fields, which contribute 75% to the supply of products used in its kitchens. The Grand Hotel gastronomy therefore follows the natural course of the seasons to guarantee guests genuine, healthy and fresh food.
The farm produces three types of wine: red, white and rosé. Another pride of the company is the phytopurification plant which takes place via the Eichornia Crassipes, authorised by the province of Cosenza and regularly monitored by ARPACAL.
